​Day 1 of my February HipHop Caricature Resolution. This month I want to celebrate, through cartoon, Black History Month by honoring the rap musicians who created, and continue to develop, the artform.

This year I have been looking to try a few new things in my caricature work.  I love doing live caricatures, but in the past I haven't done a lot of studio work.  So with the inspiration of other caricature artists and the organizers of a #caricatureresolution2017, a month long challenge to create an image of pre-determined celebrities, I am proud to say I've committed to growing in this art form, January and beyond.
